No. СДА-КА-111-ЭО(19) dated 11.07.2008 ), No. ЭО-02218.
The
certificate of Non-destructive Testing System of the Federal Service on
Technological, Ecology & Nuclear Control (RF). The certificate No.
00А010205 dated 18.02.2008.
The licenses (No. 00-ДЭ-002058
(ДКНСТ) dated 25.12.2003 and No.00-ДЭ-003150 (Х) dated 19.07.2004) to
carry out the industrial safety examination of technical devices used at
the dangerous production facilities:
- Gas recovery and gas processing productions;
- Boiler survey and hoisting equipment;
- Oil-producing industries;
- Gas-supply;
- Main pipelines;
- Chemical, petrochemical and oil-refining productions.
The industrial safety examination carried out by "INTERUNIS" is based
on the complex technical diagnosis comprising as follows:
- Analysis of individual characteristics of the facility operation;
- Consideration of factors effecting the facility damageability;
- Control by means of nondestructive testing methods and diagnosis:

Acoustic emission;
- Ultrasonic;
- Magnetic particles;

Magnetic memory;
- Visual and measurement;
- Capillary;

Vibration diagnosis;
- Corrosion prevention diagnosis (systems of
electrochemical corrosion protection (ECP) for main oil-and-gas product
pipelines and on-site structures).
In accordance with technical diagnosis findings the facility
technical state is estimated and the report is issued containing
well-founded conclusions of conformity (non-conformity) of the unit
under examination to the industrial safety requirements, and the
recommendations on its further operation are given.
The AE testing is carried out by means of the "INTERUNIS" - made
equipment that enables our designers to change and improve promptly the
equipment functional capabilities for the tasks and units under test.
When conducting the technical diagnosis, there is no need to remove
the unit under test from service, i.e. the operating process is not
stopped, and the volumes of preparatory work are reduced as much as
possible.
All works on the technical diagnosis are carried out by the competent
experts certificated under the Russian and international standards.
The company laboratory is completed with the state-of-the-art
diagnostic equipment and with an own park of all-wheel drive vehicles.
